Alvin Ord's Rebrand

As a group project, we took on the challenge to come up with a rebrand strategy for a local sandwich shop. My job was to enhance their online presence by creating an appealing website. Click here for a deep look of how I contributed to this project.

I used frontend development languages (HTML,CSS, & Javascript) to create a fully functional quiz to test ones knowledge on music production. I also used Bootstrap components to make this site responsive on a variety of devices.

Web Design using HTML and CSS

For a web design and publishing course I built a website using only HTML and CSS on topics of our choice to demonstrate knowledge of the coding languages. Within the website, you can find other various projects that use frontend development languages under the Assignments tab.
Concert Flier and App
Media/App Designer
I created a flier that showcased a mock event using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. The fliers were then used in a mock app for buying tickets for live events made in Adobe XD.
Magazine Spread
Media Designer
For this project, I made a magazine spread focusing on designing eye catching articles that include a variety of typefaces and color pallets. Each page also contians images that were edited in either Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and arranged in Indesign.
Social Media Analytics Report
Report Designer / Social Media Analyst
As a group project, we worked with the social media department of The Graduate College of Texas State to create a multitude of analytical reports showcasing the activity in regard to their Twitter and Instagram accounts.
I used Canva to create an original template to use throughout all of the reports submitted.
